LISA
Office Manager

With over 20 years of experience, Lisa makes day to day office operations run smoothly. Office Manager, staff training, patient relations, and computer and software management are just part of her duties. Not only does Lisa assist with preliminary testing, eyewear styling and frame buying, but she also handles the internal and external marketing of the practice, including advertising and patient retention. Lisa has completed extensive training to become certified by the National Council of Paraoptometric Certification first as a Certified ParaOptometric (CPO), then as a Certified ParaOptometric Assistant (CPOA). Next, she went on to achieve the highest level of certification as a Certified ParaOptometric Technician (CPOT). This certification requires Lisa to be familiar with all clinical, retail, and technical aspects of the practice.

Lisa prides herself in continually seeking out new ways to improve our patient’s experience. She utilizes her skills and knowledge to ensure that each and every patient is treated with friendliness, respect, and concern.

IRENE
Eyewear Stylist

Irene is a long-standing member of the AOA Paraoptometric Section and an intricate member of Dr. Wilde’s team since 1999. She has completed formal training, becoming certified by the National Council on Paraoptometric Certification first as a Certified ParaOptometric (CPO) and then as a Certified ParaOptometric Assistant (CPOA). Irene is proficient in patient pre-testing procedures as well as vision field testing and diagnostic imaging.

Irene is our main Eyewear Stylist. She has studied face shape, color, anatomy, prescription values, and lifestyle considerations to help our patients achieve the look they deserve. Keeping up with the pulse of current trends and industry frame fashions makes Irene our authority for eyewear fashion advice. She feels a patient’s eyewear should not only be functional, but also a reflection of their personality.

BRIAN
Optician

With over 31 years of experience as an Optician, precision is Brian’s goal. As a member of both the Optician’s Association of Michigan and Optician’s Association of America, Brian has the skills required to create perfect eyewear for any individual. His optical laboratory consists of technologically advanced, computerized lens finishing equipment which he uses to produce superior eyeglasses. Brian prides himself on utilizing his skills and experience to design lenses that are not only cosmetically appealing, but offer the sharpest, clearest vision possible. His vast optical knowledge and drive to offer the best product combinations guarantees your glasses will be state of the art jewelry for your face.

As a member of Dr. Wilde’s team since 1981, Brian’s friendly smile and sincere personality has made him a favorite among many of Dr. Wilde’s patients.

HEATHER
Ophthalmic Assistant/Reception

Heather is the latest addition to our team. She joined us in 2008 as our Ophthalmic Assistant. She has been expertly trained in preliminary testing as well as critical Glaucoma diagnostic instruments. She prides herself in her attention to detail and diligence in obtaining accurate results. As our Contact Lens Training Coach, she has taught people of all ages the wonders of contact lens wear. With Heather’s abilities, rest assured, you are in highly capable hands.

On the Reception side, Heather’s mission is to ensure that a warm greeting awaits you when you enter our office and that your time at Dr. Wilde’s office is pleasant and comfortable. Heather’s additional responsibilities range from file management to insurance verification. Her quick mind and attention to detail have made her an invaluable and intricate part of our team.
